Seen as a threat, any human with pre-war neural implants are deemed dangerous, and potential agents of The Overseer. Unable to prove their autonomy, these Technomancers, are hunted down and killed by mobs. History will declare these outcasts as martyrs, victims or enemy spies. For now, many decry it a barbaric witch hunt, and even risk themselves for being techno-sympathizers. Many Technomancers willingly ally themselves with The Entity. Some believe this to have been a strategic propaganda by The Entity to gain more resources.
